The service needs improvements

It’s overall a good place to live. The amenities are the best part of it. We’ve had some issues with the AC and the fire alarm that haven’t been solved and when we requested solutions to the administration, they were not willing to help. Other than that, concierges are nice and helpful, maintenance and cleaning as well.

Peaceful and Easy Feelings are GONE

Since the Tall Ship arrived, this community becomes a horrible place. It was so peaceful and easy when you walk about the Charles and looking at the downtown landscape while hearing occasionally distant bird songs. I still remember the first night I spent here at Portside, it was a summer night, but fairly cool and mild wind from the river breezing in, with some birds chitchatting from not too faraway, and there's not much lights except for essential road lamps, so both the downtown and the stars are visible. But these became just old memory this year. Extremely loud music and noises almost every day, and excess lights blur up the sky and the buildings across the river, and absolutely no more guest parking anywhere nearby. This becomes the most horrible community. So sad.
