Good company but bad costumer service

My expereince have been great but coud be better, been waiting for maintenance to change my air conditioning for 1 year and waiting for them to paint my tub and fix one of my electric wall plug for over 3 years and no change, even tho i have complain about it and left messages in the website about my needs for repair. Even tho none of complains have been addressed, i still love my apartment. Also please just change the laundry machines to more moder ones, so i dont have to go crazy looking for coins and btw the machines are constaly out of service and 1 washing machine is an inconvenience to everyone when they keep breakibg down. Thank you

Rent is cheap but laundry never works and its $2 a load. Parking lot needs to be redone but at least there's free parking. some apartments need to be updated.

Bennington Arms

Good place to live. Off street parking is a plus. Close to the Beach, Logan Airport and Highways 93, 90, RT 1. Responsive maintenace staff.

Laundry room

I love my apartment, my only problem would be the fact that the laundry room only has two washers and two dryers and on top of that they only take coins which is hard to get at times because of a coin shortage in MA.
