Anchorage Apt

parking is atrocious .... maintance is horrible... rent is too expensivve for what it is ... building management has ZERO regard for covid precaution and working from home. I was not able to get soemone in to fix things in my unit bc they said they cant have anyone working in the builing bc of covid but then they are redoing the flooring ( not an emergency) on the unit next to me ... and the workers are not wearing gloves or masks and its insanly disruptive

Incredible Gem on the Navy Yard

This place is an incredible gem on the Navy Yard for anyone looking for Studio's and 1 bedroom apartments. It's location is waterfront, clean, and safe. It has a city vibe without the noise. The gym they have is great too! I highly recommend these apartment homes!

Too many handicap parking spots and I don’t feel like the parking is monitored for cars with or without permits.
