Beautiful building in a PERFECT location

I have lived here for two years and could not be happier! The building is well maintained inside and out. The units are spacious with plenty of storage and space savers like built in fridges and laundry closet. Many have striking and unique features: specific to my unit are the beautiful exposed beams, the sky lights in my ceiling, and the HUGE windows that let in plenty of natural light. The building (and the neighborhood) are fairly quiet and very safe/secure, I feel very safe at night. There is frequent police presence between the military base and the hospital, so I very rarely see loitering in the neighborhood. Grocery store (Wholefoods) is about a mile away, but you are steps from the nicest 7/11 I've ever seen (large grocery/fruits/veggies selection, Boar's head deli, and beer/wine shop) , Dunkin, and plenty of great eateries. There is a YMCA within steps, and several spin/yoga studios within blocks, in the summer the city does free yoga and run clubs in the park. There are several children's parks in the neighborhood, and almost everywhere is dog friendly. PRIME location for commuting: easily walk to the city, catch a bus, or hop on 93/route 1. The only issue I have is parking as it is street only and the high tourist traffic can make street parking difficult. There are a few nearby garages with monthly rates/discounts. Nothing beats having a killer view of the city and not having to deal with the noise and crowd of it!
