New to the City
Boulder Property Group’s Short St apartments are spacious and beautiful. They are recently renovated (potentially on a short timeline) and you can tell by some quirks - such as tiles cracking in the kitchen, minor leaks in sinks due to new hardware, mounding (crown and base) gaping as the new room settles and some cabinetry (cosmetic) issues with handle placements. However, it is spacious, hardwood floors and the staff are amazing. There is construction occurring in half of the complex which is noisy between trades people shouting to each other, music and power tools (but it’s temporary and there’s no way around it- and is definitely more noticeable because of quarantine and lock down). My main grievances are - for cost I’d think there was dedicated parking lot. And they only distribute one set of keys- (safe! But I’m a disabled vet and my care taker was not allowed one- this can be resolved by having a provider writing a note to the office). It’s a beautiful apartment, with an excellent air handling system, AC and Heat. The utilities are new and efficient, it’s all together a great place to be.
