Building is great except for the bike thief on the loose.

Someone attempted to steal my bike from the garage and my bike sustained some damage as a result of the thief trying to get the u-lock off. Tried to reach out to management to report but no response. Starting to wonder if its a larger problem in the building?

Continue to be disappointed

We continue to see a drop in level of service and amenities in the building. One of the peletons has been broken for weeks with no communication or update on when it will be repaired. The yoga studio where the peletons are housed has no air circulation and gets very very hot. Would it be possible to bring in fans? The pool reservation system is very limiting-often times only waitlist is available but the seats sit empty- meaning- people are reserving but not using their slots. Can this be more closely monitored? The front desk team is often away from the desk (we've waited up to 30 minutes to pick up a package) and often clueless about building information and updates. I'd recommend better training and communication and less of a revolving door.

Love Ink Block

Ink Block is a fantastic location. I love my apartment and the building. It is such a clean and pleasant building. The staff is great, it is a dog friendly building and it is great having Whole Foods and several restaurants in the building. Easy on and off the highway and an easy walk to Back Bay and the River. But the best part is the South End, the best neighborhood in Boston!!
