I like living here but not long term

Compared to the other new builds its great however having to pay a security deposit and fee to just use the community room is craziness. The security is lacking. ive found multiple homeless people sleeping in the stairwells as well as in the bushing on the property. The parking situation is craziness especially when peoples cars are being broken into but you want to charge 200 plus to house a car.

A great experience

I lived here for 2 and a half years and overall it was a fantastic stay. The units are very clean, sleek, and modern. I rarely had any issues with the apartment and anytime I did, maintenance would be over to fix it by the next day. The maintenance staff were all very friendly and funny and the desk staff were for the most part nice. The location is great with the grocery store, subway, and Carson beach so close by. There aren't a ton of restaurants nearby though so I found myself using food delivery services a lot. The noise from the highway/subway/commuter rail wasn't too bad. The unit was impressively soundproof when the window was closed. The internet options were great and the gym/common area were cleaned pretty frequently which was nice. One minor annoyance was the dog poo that I would accidentally step on while walking through the courtyard far too often. The building made many efforts to clamp down on that though which was much appreciated. Overall it was very nice and I would highly recommend this place.

A beautiful Apartments in a great Location!

This is one of the finest apartments we found in Boston! It is the closest you will find to a red line T-station (literally a tone's throw away). The apartment has very good floor plans and is extremely well maintained with wonderful staff! Have been staying for more than 1.5 years and we love the place!
