Overall the location is not ideal. As well as having to pay for utilities outside of rent.

Property Review

After living here for some time, I have realized that this apartment group is sorely neglected. Maintence requests go unanswered, complaints ignored, and general upkeep is lacking. Hot water is on and off, sometimes for days at a time. Nothing is excluded, save the water. Neighbors are loud, rude, and extremely inconsiderate. I moved in and had to scrub the walls myself because they were so filthy. I live here because it would cost too much for me to break the lease. When others view this unit, i give them the honest truth when asked, and i provide evidence to each response. I am sorely disappointed in this apartment, and those who claim to “manage” it.

I have lived here since September. There is a whole in our kitchen floor with black tape covering it. We do not have a vent cover, Dust settles every time we open and close the bathroom door. Our bathroom door does not lock we have to slam it shut. the blinds have been broken.
