Sketchy people

12 years living here. Too many Section 8 people have flooded the complex in the past two years. Those people and their relatives have loud, drunken, profanity laden arguments almost every weekend. Complex has major plumbing and drainage problems. The parking lot turns into a lake after nearly every light rain. Management doesn’t want to fix anything and the current manager tries to blame any maintenance issue on the tenant. Got mold growing behind the wall because there is a crack in the wall and water seeps in, nope not problem you should have run your AC 24/7. Sewage backing up in your tub? That’s residents clogging up the plumbing. Ceiling collapsing in the bathroom because water leaking from a busted pipe? Let’s not fix the busted pipe just cover it up with plaster.
