I recently rented from Felicity's Julian Apartments. The unit is beautiful, minimalist, and no detail was spared. The community is extremely nice, I actually met several neighbors on my move in day. The staff has been very attentive and helpful. Best landlord experience in New Orleans no doubt

Love the modern facilities and amenities from little things such as counter tops, to light dimmers in every room! Staff is very clean and they maintain the hallways and property on a regular basis mopping and cleaning the floors. They also very quick to act on maintenance requests. Staff are very friendly and easy to work with! Disadvantages- the garbage trucks come down the street and take out trash and recycling at different times at very awkward times such as 4am at the cat hospital. And you can hear that. You can also hear every time the garage door opens since ei life above the garage. The great thing is management is proactive about curbing those noises as much as possible.
