I love the Annex!

I have only been a resident for one month but everything about the Annex is amazing. The apartments are beautiful and the location cannot be beat. It is extremely quiet for being downtown. Not to mention, Brittini and Tim are the best at taking care of any needs you might have. I hope to live here for a while!

Love this building!

I’ve lived in New Orleans for 20 years...this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. Love the French Quarter and being able to walk to everything. Love this building, the amenities, staff, location, assigned parking...it’s great!

The best option in the French Quuater

The Annex is set in a really great location and once you’re inside, it is very quiet and peaceful. All of the neighbors are pretty decent and most do not live at the property full time. The gym could have better equipment but it’s not horrible. The property is always clean and the leasing office staff is super friendly and accommodating. I think there could be some improvement with the maintenance department in aspects of response times but other than that, I’d definitely recommend The Annex if you desire to live in the French Quarter.
