This place is pretty decent to rent an apartment. I haven't had any issues and my area is usually quiet. What brought me to these apartments is the location. Its pretty close to a lot of places.....stores, gas station, restaurants and even close to the highway.

Acadiana point

Cheaply built units for the price. Parking is cramped. Amenities aren’t maintained very well. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Maintenance calls are handled very quickly.

noise amenities

We have complain about noise from upstairs have called the security and cops several times... Trash pick up, they charge an don't pick Up The trash, Call the office they give me the number to the people that they pay to pick up the trash. That should not be my responsibility to contact them, I ask if we were still going to be charged she said yes. Why would I have to pay for service I am not getting.. I sent email tried to call THEY DONT CALL BACK OR DO THEY RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS
