Emberwood Apartments is a pet-friendly community! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet and $100 non-refundable pet fee for a second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $15 for one pet, $25 for two pets. Breed restrictions apply. Cats - allowed Dogs - allowed We love our furbabies! Please see Emberwood Apartment's pet policy below. Max # of pets: 2 Weight Limit: 100 lbs Pet Rent: $15/1 pet or $25/2 pets  Nonrefundable pet fee: $350 nonrefundable for one pet and $450 for two pets.
