Hello, thank you for your attention. I've rented from you for two years now and you have raised my rent three times. But, each time I renew my lease you guys increase my income amount because of a small inflation increase that I receive from the government annually, and I get closer to the maximum cap in income to continue to live here. My request is, can you guys please increase the maximum cap in income to ride along with the rent increases and the inflation rate that you apply to my income. Please consider my reasoning for this request. I want to continue to live here at St. Joseph's for as long as I want to, but worry about the income cap, eventually stopping me to remain here at St. Joseph's I like living here. Kindness Regards
