Unfriendly Staff, Maintenance Requests Ignored, Trash

The staff aren't always friendly when interacting with tenants. I had a staff member knock on my door and speak extremely rude to me. It did not make me feel valued as a tenant and other tenants were outside looking on. What aggravated me the most is that she talked to me as if I was living here rent free when I pay $1300/month and my rent is NEVER late. Also, the apartment complex is always trashy, i was not expecting this when i moved in, I'm always embarrased to invite my family/coworkers over because of the trashy exterior. I have placed SEVERAL maintenance requests and no one comes to repair ANYTHING. I'm putting in a new request for maintenance so I'm hoping they will come by soon. If it weren't for COVID-19 stay home order I would be looking for a new apartment for sure.
