New Resident but Confused

Lived here 30 days. The area is quiet. The ladies in the office are nice but I have a charge on my account that I have already paid prior to moving in and that charge is still there. I paid Feb rent and amenity fee and there is another amenity fee on my account. I've had multiple issues in my unit that were small and maintenance came expeditiously and repaired it so really no complaints but just confused.
