Love it here !

I love the complex . Everyone is friendly. The kids are great. Friendly and respectful. They are very mindful and thoughtful of the cars and adults yet seem to adapt fine to “ aot” dwelling

Poor Managment

The A/C drain backed up causing the closet, hallway and bedroom to flood. Called in an emergency request to get it fixed and told management they did not have permission to enter without my presence when asked if they could. Maintenance guy (Glenn) shows up quickly to get it taken care of. He cut the line and put a trash can under it to catch the water and said he would be back at 8am tomorrow to continue. 8am the carpet and maint guys trickled in to get stuff done. Told them both if they needed in to call me and i would meet them to let them in, both agreed to call. A week later i call while at work to check on when the carpet guy will schedule to come finish and was told he just finished. So my privacy was completely disregarded and then trista ( manager) said she could go do an inspection for me, as if she would know if anything was missing or tampered with. Trista also 2 weeks prior sent me an email saying i did not have electric in my name so they received a bill and was placing a charge to my account for it. I put electricity in my name 3 months prior and gave the office proof (account info) as it was a move in requirement. Trista called me a liar. I tried to tell her multiple times that i had already called swepco after getting her email and they informed me that the apt office had called and took my apartment out if my name and placed it back into theirs. Told her to call and they could explain it to her. I never tot a call back to apologize for anything at all. Trista is the rudest and most disrespectful staff member employed by heritage properties. The grounds crew, maintenance guy and other office workers are great. I will be looking for somewhere new to live as this place does not value its residents privacy. The management needs replaced.
