Overpriced slum

You can hear walking (or doing anything) above you at all times. Management doesn’t care if someone takes your parking. Management takes months to resolve any issues even if they’re major appliances not working. Staff in the leasing office change every few months which keeps things from being resolved even longer. Should’ve just bought at house and sold it after a year instead of dealing with awful management here as if $1500 a month isn’t enough for good customer service

Great Place to Live - Management Lacking

Perkins Rowe is a great place to live. Location is amazing and apartments are pretty great overall. Moving in and communicating with management hasn't been as fun. From my perspective, management has made mistakes (as we all do) with the on-boarding process, been very strict about policies / fees, and has lacked in communication. Being run by a corporate office I can understand that management has limited control, but for any good relationship there has to be good communication and some flexibility.
