Once nice ?

There is do much noise, fire alarms going off. Children that lives in other complex make the area I live at a play ground. Too much loud music, too much marijuana odor. Ceiling leaking in the washroom in which was reported that has getting worser. The loud noise and fire alarm cause me to panic and have seizure.
