Job Well Done

I had an issue with my hot water heater not working that I reported in Mid July. I made several calls following up and every time I called it was a different excuse. I just left it alone until I decided to call back on 8/3 and spoke with our new property manager Keisha Johnson. Ms. Johnson was very empathetic and stated to me that she had just started on 8/1 but she will work hard to get my hot water restored. Well she did just that. She had a repair person at my door the very next day and followed up to make sure everything was working. I couldn't thank Ms. Johnson enough she did in 1 day what others didn't do for weeks. Kudos to you Ms. Johnson I am glad to have you here.

Was in constant contact and I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I requested in the apartment unit. She was very understanding and exceeded all of my expectations.

It has not been good in the last year. Nothing gets fixed or taken care of. Your questions and concerns goes unattended. The property is not very well kept at this time. I would not in good faith recommend anyone to consider this property as their next place to reside….
