We live close to a lot of different businesses. It's 2 minutes from interstate.

The community is great. Nice people and a great location. Parking is like any other apartment complex. So not great but not on the street either. Getting maintainence is fix something can take a few times unless you put the request in yourself. Saying that with big issues they do get to it very quickly. Apartments are spacious and pretty nice. No pest problems. Overall this isn't a bad place to live and the school districts are amazing. Not too mention less than a mile from the interstate with very little noise disturbance.

Apartment is decent as are the neighbors. But it takes forever to get management to have maintenance come fix something. If they fix it. You always get the same excuse for the time delay about them being busy or having to much to take care of with other properties. Parking lot could use a new pavement job. Location is nice. Super close to the highway and the grocery.

Not sure how this compares to other places since I’ve never lived in another apartment, but this place is alright for its price. I have only one major complaint: even though the apartment comes with its own washer/dryer set, they will not fix it if it is broken. Mine broke and they basically told me too bad, not our problem. I fixed it myself, but thats still pretty crappy in my opinion. You cant even take the set out without removing door frames, so good luck replacing it.
