Very good value

I have been living here for 10 years, and I haven't regretted my decision. Rent has been largely unaffected by inflation and the wages of jobs in the surrounding areas are very good. There are plenty of places to go around here on foot, by car, or by bus and downtown Newport is hardly a mile away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance people know their trades very well and are a delight to work with. There isn't really much to speak of as amenities go but with how well connected this place is and what an exceptional value it is, that's an absolute nonissue. I can't recommend Barkley Ridge enough, 9.5/10

Solid value

This place isn't the Taj Mahal but it's got everything you need and it doesn't break the bank. In these dark days of housing costs being bloated by corporate greed, being able to afford rent is more important than ever before.
