nice place
Nice place to live. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes when an issue is reported. Outdoor area is well maintained and hallways always smell good and look decent.
Rent is overpriced
I used to love living here but in the last 4 years rent has increased $400 (ish). These apts are not worth $1000.00 when i can get a duplex for $650 in the same area. Will definitely be looking for a new place to live soon. Its a shame because manger and maintenance are wonderful
Rating
It's a very nice place to live, very convenient but the neighbors are very noisy. The price of rent is overly priced as well. But the staff is absolutely wonderful! Anytime I've had an issue they have fixed it immediately, no questions asked!
Value
I am upset that every year my rent cost has increased. At this rate I soon will be looking for another place because the raising cost of rent. This action does not make me feel like a "valued" tenant.
