New Tenant, So Far So Good

I have recently moved into the Paddock and have really enjoyed the atmosphere and location the most. Those are influential factors to a College student trying to make the most of their living and budget.

Overall, great community -- cordial neighbors, great staff, great living spaces. Only issue is the noise brought on by the freeway but you get used to it after a while.

Disappointing apartment

This apartment could have been great had you rented what you proposed when signing the lease. This apartment has had a non working air conditioning unit since March of 2019. Walls that leak when it rains, toilets that don’t fit properly, appliances that fall apart, plumbing issues from apartment next door that leaked into my master walk-in closet, and not once was I offered a more suitable apartment. To this day I still have an apartment with a nonfunctional air conditioning unit and yet I get an email almost everyday about renewing my lease. I’m not sure if that’s a bad joke or not. You also claim you need a date of when I’m moving out so you can prepare the apartment accordingly for the next tenant. Is the next tenant going to have the air fixed or you moving someone else into these same awful, overpriced living conditioning.

Wonderful staff

I moved into the Paddock just a few days ago. Everything seemed to go wrong and I was ready to crawl into my car and head back to Michigan. Each time a catastrophe struck, the staff reached out with help......a shoulder to cry on (not really, we stayed 6 feet away), suggested alternatives, a sense of humor when the moving truck didn’t show for the 3rd day, much needed fluids and assistance with everything electronic. Chris came this morning to look at 5 wall sockets not working and of course it was a thrown breaking. Everyone has been so helpful and so welcoming. Thank you staff.
