It’s been great living here for the location and value. Getting anything fixed takes months however we have come to learn and we were told upon moving in the giant stains in our carpet would be resolved and they have not been

Good Comparatively

It's a pretty good apartment complex. The apartments are spacious but rent has been raised over the last couple of years to closer to some of the other area apartment complexes even though the actual amenities and interior of the apartments inclusive paint jobs are subpar

Friendly. place to live

I have lived here for several years. The scaff - are always friendly and helpful. I have been fortunate to have good neighbors. The only downs.des are the buildings are older so there are more maintenance issues and it can be noisy.

Rent is too expensive for the age of the apartments - will more than likely be moving out. Maintenance crew is great! Location is great!
