Suggestions

1. Communication: be specific/too vague. i.e. who, what, when, where, especially why. Without knowing these, there is confusion. 2. Water issues very frustrating. Will it ever be completely resolved. 3. Accommodations/amenities i.e. pool access. Not enoug keys for all tenants. Never got a chance to use pool at all. No key/no access. 4. Parking. No parking areas should be painted i.e. Red/labeled as such (No Parking signs/vehicles will be towed, etc). Tenants use these no parking spots as their own personal parking space. Not fair to others/all tenants.

not pleased.

AC has been broken for going on 5 months. no one seems to be doing a thing. paying outrageous amounts on rent when im forced to live in one room of my house. office staff is very rude anytime I bring this situation up to them. maintenance has always been very nice and understanding. water is off or not hot more times than not. apartment seems to be falling apart. very cheaply made. dishwasher wasn't installed properly and was brought up to staff within the first month of living here and essentially their answer was "they installed it wrong, it was rushed, just don't open it all the way" and that was it. it's just a very frustrating situation.

It’s Got Space

The apartments are incredibly spacious given the cost of rent and in a decent location in the city. If you can tolerate a few negatives about the property as a whole then maybe the amount of space you get will help you overlook many imperfections.
