definitely would recommend

I think this is a great apartment in a great area for a good price. The apartments are a little dated but I think there are many other bonuses that make up for it. The maintenance staff answers requests quickly and all the staff are very kind. My refrigerator and dish washer were broken when I moved in and the problems were addressed quickly. The dish washer was replaced in a few days. The refrigerator took about a month to replace (could be due to delivery problems during COVID-19), but the staff were willing to work with me on this.
