No Longer Impressed

Maintenance of property and staff have decreased in quality since the acquisition by Westdale. The addition of valet trash does not make up for the uncleanliness of the buildings and low quality of the maintenance staff. The office staff are also unpleasant to speak with on most occasions.

GREAT!

We moved in March of this year, and so far we are enjoying our accommodations really does feel like home. We really enjoyed using the pool all summer long few issues that were resolved later into the season. Only complaint is dog park needs some serious TLC for paying $25 extra a month there is absolutely zero care and we have a large dog community. Pool hours were based around school hours, which I thought that was pretty ridiculous considering there are plenty of renters who work shift work and really didn't get the time to use it.
