Too Expensive For What You Get

The value of the apartment is far less than the rent being charged. From broken sockets, to windows not working. This is an apartment you take out of desperation.

I have been living at this residence for 4 1/2 years. We have had three different leasing agents maintenance. Take their time and partially do work. It's loud the washer and dryers work when they want to work and it's two dollars to wash and dry the dryers barely work in the washers always stop.
