A month in...

I am one step above hating living here. The treadmill running upstairs EVERYDAY starting at 1030 am for two hours is annoying. The previous tenant obviously had a dog. I don't believe the carpet was cleaned before I moved in from what I've seen while sitting on the floor. Pushing the fridge backwards when I need to get to the washer and dryer is not a plus.

Peaceful

I have been living here for about 2.5 years and I have found it to be very quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is awesome and prompt. Thanks Derek and all others that keep this place looking good as well as Miss Joan who always receives tenants with a smile.

Great Place

This complex is located in a great location and has everything you could need, from a friendly, helpful staff to beautiful living spaces. I have not had any problems since living at the Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to rent.
