Great place to live

Moved in a few months ago and I really love this place. Whenever a problem comes up, maintenance is quick to fix the issue and are always friendly. I saw some reviews indicating dog poop was around the property but I have not seen a single instance of this. Neighbors are respectful and nothing ridiculous keeps me up at night! I definitely recommend to rent here.

Happy Resident

I am so pleased with the level of service that the office staff and the maintenance crew have provided for me. This is my first time living in apartment and they have treated me with nothing but kindness! The community is great, the amenities are top notch, it is quiet, security on site 24/7. The list could go on and on but if you are moving to Lexington and looking for the best bang for your buck in resort style living, The Racquet Club is where you want to be! Thank you to the staff for welcoming me and making sure I am taken care of!

Best apartment community I've ever lived in

I moved to Lexington about two months ago. Prior to doing so, I checked out over 15 apartment communities online, and then visited 9 of them. I fell in love with the beautiful setting here at the Racquet Club - the pond with the ducks, the nice (and soon-to-be completely renovated) fitness center with indoor pool, the quietness of the neighborhood, and more. Then, I toured the inside of the apartment and saw the beautiful flooring, the fireplace, the spacious bedroom, the fancy appliances, and the large bathroom. Needless to say, my decision was made. I worked with a stellar staff member named Chrystal who was very patient with my questions (I asked a lot of them!), and has continued to be very responsive (and quick to respond) since my move-in with a few concerns along the way. Maintenance was quick to respond to my few items of concern after I first moved in. I do not take that for granted, because I've lived in other communities where the response time of maintenance left much to be desired. Although my long-range plan is to move back to my home state of South Carolina to be near my aging parents, I plan to be a long-term resident of the Racquet Club community as long as I'm in the Lexington area. Give them your consideration - I can assure you, you won't find a nicer place to call home!
