So far so good

So far my only issue is that parking is really hit or miss, even with the option to park on either side of my building, there have been times that I come home late from work (restaurant manager) and have to park a building over, which isn't too terribly since it's a safe area, but it sure is a pain when I feel like there's no way all these cars belong to residents.

I love the apartment and the neighborhood. The amenities are great and run well. This is the best apartment I’ve had wincing moving to Louisville 4 years ago. Honesty the best thing about Ashton Brook is the staff. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a home to choose this community.

General review

Am enjoying the living at Ashton Brook. My only concern. Why you don't provide any specials when we Renew the lease. for example, carpet cleaning, painting Room. One month free. Any thing that motivates the client to stay. Any way is wonderful.
