Meh.
Was very excited to move here. The apartment is nice, but we have found roaches, kitchen light is consistently broken. Our kids broke the blinds in their room. We were called about it same day saying we have seven days to fix it or we will be charged $45. We fixed it same day, but people below us have had broken blinds since before we move in. Don't know why they don't have to fix theirs.

The upstairs neighbors almost run in there apartment every single day all day it’s quite annoying but besides that it’s amazing for me, the second bedroom is smaller than expected but overall great

The Reserve of Ft Mitchell
The Reserve of Ft Mitchell so far has been an ok place to live for the most part its quiet and there is always a place to park. Its clean on the out sides and in the wall ways, but apparently their is a roach problem, and we pay over 800 dollars a month I should not be seeing roaches. We have also been told that we have 7 day's to replace our blinds when one was broken but their are people who live in our building and have had broken blinds since we moved in, over a month ago. So we felt very singled out.
