What others love about this property:
great location
I love living here. It's soo close to everything! My job, bradley fair, places to eat, etc!! The staff is soo friendly. They are all soo kind!! Maintenance request get done quickly! Love the pool and the workout area!! Prices are a little higher than we'd like to have. I think if they were a little lower we'd definitely be residents for 5+ years. Parking is nice that there are alot of spots! The space between alot of the parking spots are very tight. Maybe an incentive for residents that report neighbors that don't pick up after their pets poop might be a good idea? There is soo much dog poop in the grass. I've always wanted to play spikeball and cornhole and just hang out in our grass area. However because of the poop I've never done this. I feel so bad for some the maintanence workers that I see early every morning picking up this mess. Everyone on staff is a very hard worker and you can tell they really care about the residents happieness while living on their property!!
My review
Overall I've enjoyed living here. The location is great because its so close to restaurants, entertainment, gas, and groceries. The staff is friendly and my apartment was newly renovated before i moved in. The space is cute. Im enjoying living here.
Sundance Review
A great location with easy access to amenities and stores. The staff is very helpful and kind and the complex also comes with a dog park! Plenty of room in the apartments from studios to 2 bedroom along with a fair price. Laundry is on site which is very convenient. The noise from the main road is never noticable and noise from neighbors is very slight.
