Great layouts and location

The two story apartments are top notch. Washer/dryer between bedrooms, XL closets and bathrooms, amazing kitchen layout, balconies, attached garages. Everything you need in a home without the maintenance or upkeep. Have really enjoyed new management and commercial amenities (eyelash studio, botox, pilates) and so much within walking distance in downtown Shawnee

Changes needed

I wish we had more amenities. I think we could have utilized the open grass space better. Either made it an actual dog park (and not the agility course that no one dog uses) or built a pool for the residents. I also would like to enforce visitors that are going to the business to park in yhe side parking lots and not directly in front of the condos. Its been numerous times that people have parked in the drive way and filled up the remaining spaces in front of the condos. Lastly , i would love to regulate the throw traffic of people who use our area as a short cut. Given that we have kids who run and play in our neighborhood i dont think its safe for cars to freely pass by. At the least it should be signage that kids are playing and to be cautious and slow down

Great Proporerty

Great overall experience. The build outs on the new businesses coming in are a bit noisy and can smell up your apartment with all the painting.
