Great quiet location, close to restaurants, shop & parks

We've lived here about a month. So far so good. The location is great - close to many great restaurants, shops, and parks. We hope the management will continue to improve and maintain the apartments.

High rent. Spacious property.

The owners and management change every year. The rent went up more this year than any other. The valet garbage is a joke and a total waste of $20. I like having windows on both sides, but having rent that is more than most people's mortgage will drive me out.
