Mostly Great! - Old Buildings w/ New Management

The staff and maintencance team have been responsive, kind, and quick. These are definitely old buildings, under new management, and that comes with maintenance pains but the Ainsley staff and crew are on top of it after something comes up (plumbing, electrical, etc). Pet friendly, immediate access to 435 and the bikepath are amazing, with in-unit laundry and new appliances. It's been a good first place for me with my move to KC.

No hot water since end of september

Have told them many times about my lack of hot water. The first time was on 9/30. They have claimed to try to fix it several times by doing the same thing (changing elements and thermostat), however I have yet to have a hot shower and maybe for one day after they changed the elements the shower got to luke warm (one day). I have no deadline to when it will be done, and I'm still being told they may not replace it and try to repair it again. I'd say the other big issue with the apartment is you will almost never find someone in the office during office hours and no one will ever answer the phone (you might get a call back). The location is great, the people that I have interacted with seem nice, the renovations are ok although the property was not ready to be moved into on move in day.

Good value, great location!

In the process of changing management and renovating all the units, so it seems to be improving every month. In unit laundry is amazing to have but no other amenities on site. Immediate access to the bike trail is a fitness gamechanger as well. Being next to the interstate exit means great access to get anywhere in the area quickly, but that comes at the cost of noise during busy traffic hours. Pet friendly, super helpful staff, I'm happy here!
