WE NEED MORE HELP

We have been here a number of years and would like to stay, but the current manager is only here part time and the maintenance man is only here part time and has trouble keeping up. I was delighted that the empty 2nd floor apartments were filled so quickly until I learned that at least some of those tenants plan to move into the new buildings as soon as they are finished. Then I expect we will have a high vacancy rate again. Most of the long term residents that I know are happy except that renewal rents are higher than the neighborhood, condition, and amenities of the property warrant. We lost our basketball court and half of the excess parking lot when they started construction on the new buildings. There has been no maintenance on the playground. The lawn company thinks four inches is a good mowed length. I could go on.

grounds

Apartments are nice inside. Grounds are trashy, no grass mud holes, staircases are in dire need of repair always trash surrounding trash bins outside area doesn't reflect how nice apts are inside

Things are not what they were

We have been here nearly five years and love our apartment but in the last year or two things have changed, You are building more apartments across the street so the noise level and traffic have increased. The manager is only here part time and seems more or less indifferent to our issues. The maintenance man is also here part time but at least he is friendly and gets to most things quickly. I'm blaming the construction workers but the property is littered with trash and cigarette butts.
