Modern apartment living
Overall, it’s been a good and positive experience at The Locale this past year. It’s a convenient location with high walkability. The amenities (gym, pool, sauna, lounge) are great, and the staff is friendly/helpful. The price is quite high, but it feels like that everywhere. Other residents are kind and the maintenance team is very responsive when needed. The complex is clean, modern, and still looks new.

Concerns unresolved
First year was excellent - staff very responsive to concerns brought forth. Second year, less responsive to concerns brought forth and issues unresolved. Cleanliness below average. Fee hikes without advance notification so resident can be prepared. Parking is an issue.
