Northridge Crossing Apartments & Townhomes provide a living experience like no other. Through our various floor plans, you will be able to find the perfect place to call home. Close enough to major highways, you will have all the convenience of the city at your fingertips, while also being tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet when you need it most. Our one-bedroom apartments are thoughtfully designed to make the most of every space, providing everything you need for comfortable everyday living. The two and three-bedroom apartments are perfect for those who have a larger household and need the extra space. All of our apartments have washer/dryer connections, window treatments, and more great amenities! View our floor plans below to find your next home. APPLICATION FEES & SECURITY DEPOSITS: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent.* Amounts are based on combined household screening results on credit, income, and rental history. • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability.
