so far not bad

I lived in JMC for around 2 months. The air conditioner is not working and the maintainer fixes it within 2 months. Besides that, the dishwasher is also not working and it hasn't fixed yet.

Nice place. Staff is not so good.

I have lived here for 3-4 months. Managment is very late with replies and work orders. A couple of things were not working when I moved in.
