Great
Love living here. Pretty cool
It’s Been Great!
I’ve been here since December and I love it for me and my toddler. DeAna has been so helpful from the start! So nice and always quick to respond to any questions I have. Maintenance has been quick to respond also. I haven’t had any issues so far. No trouble with too much noise or anything. Very nice family friendly area and not too far from any stores.
Great for location
The town houses are great, they do however seem old and need more maintenance done on them. The staff are really friendly and helpful but they do need to hire more maintenance personnel. There current one is great and super friendly but it's just a one man show. It is a little on the expensive side for what the military BAH rate is but overall this is probably the best part of junction City to live in.
Pretty good place
Overall this is a pretty good place to live! The parking isn’t the best several people have to park on the streets and if you and your spouse work trading cars around for parking daily is an issue. Walls are thin you do hear a lot of the things your neighbors do especially when they have young children. Maintenance works quickly to get issues fixed, everyone in the office has been kind each and every time I’ve had to speak with them. We love our fenced in yard, it’s great for just a little bit of privacy, we do have a low spot on the fence on one side due to electrical work that allows toys to be thrown into our yard often. However, the neighborhood feels very safe and it’s off away from the hustle of town which helps to make it feel a little more small town ish but close to all the stores! Only thing that would be nice is possibly having a 2 car driveway per home to allow for less on street parking which does become an issue during snow season. We love our little community!
1911 victory
The rent prices are pretty good for the area, but maintenance is slow at getting around to issues unless they are emergencies. I have made some of my own improvements to my townhome some out of my own pocket others the property provided the equipment but I did instillation. The houses are not very insulated so you will hear the neighbors or their pets if they have any. I do enjoy having a garage. I enjoy living here and will probably remain for awhile.
