15 year tenant

I have lived here 15 years, in the same apartment. I find it interesting how you offer specials and discounts to those first time renters, most of which stay for a year or two, but you offer nothing to us that have been with you for numerous years. Just think how many times you would have had to clean my apartment, repaint, put in new carpet, etc., in the 15 years I have lived here. Think of the money I have saved you on this one apartment, yet you can't offer any time of resigning incentive to me? I have been waiting 15 years for the landscaping to be replaced in front of my unit. The bushes were removed about a week after I moved in and have never been replaced. I notified you approximately 10 years ago about the patio starting to crack and it has only gotten worse. I know tenants that have received ceiling fans in their units, rose bushes planted by their units and other things. If I don't make a point of going into an apartment that has just been updated for a new tenant, I wouldn't know when the floor tile is updated or new carpet is going in. Nope, just let the long term tenant have carpet that is wearing in spots or tile that is starting to come up. She'll resign so why should we care about her apartment? That is how I feel Timberland treats it's long term residents. It would be nice to see you show me the respect I believe I have earned in my 15 years of living here that you show a 20 year old moving in for a year, throwing parties and leaving the apartment trashed when they move out.
