What others love about this property:
Nice location but that is it
Not a well run apartment building and very expensive considering what you get. The apartments are not well insulated, are noisy, utilities are more than what they should be, etc. There are no amenities and things are a challenge especially considering you can't order and receive any packages at this apartment.
My Expirience at WH long 120 Apts.
I have live here since August 2023 has been a blend of highs and lows. The space itself is pleasantly surprising, especially for student housing. In comparison to other student accommodations in the area, the size of the units here is notably larger, which gives a generous feel for the price tag. However, there are certain inconveniences which can't be overlooked. One major issue is the package delivery system. Unlike other buildings that have a dedicated lobby for package drops, this building has all parcels left out front. This often creates an obstacle course when entering the building. Furthermore, while the building claims to have amenities, the 'gym' only features a treadmill and another basic exercise machine - it's minimalistic at best. Inside the apartment, I've been quite happy. The modern appliances and overall aesthetics of the space are commendable. However, a peculiar purple stain has adorned my bathtub since day one, and despite numerous attempts, it remains a mystery both in origin and removal. The community atmosphere is one of the highlights of living here. My neighbors have been respectful and I haven't encountered any issues with them. A lingering concern, though, is the knowledge of a master key for all units. This idea of someone else potentially having access to my living space is unsettling. Reflecting on my time here, what stands out the most is the sense of community. Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, the good neighbors and spacious apartment have made the experience generally positive. Would I recommend living here? If you're a student seeking spacious accommodations and value a harmonious community over luxury amenities, then yes.
Provides a feeling of home, very comfortable as well here.
I have been living in 120 flats for the past 2 years, I love this place.
Decent Living
Its pretty expensive to live in these apartments. As nice as the interiors are they are missing some basic amenities: the openpath “fab” system is really bad, buggy and slow. The parking garage always gets left open even though a simple timer could be installed to automatically close it. Finally the package area is a mess. It would be very easy for people to steal packages.
