Great location and worth every cent
I have lived for almost 1.5 years and I have LOVED my experience!
Mailroom
The only good thing about living in the Foundry is the proximity to campus. Rent is too high, amenities are seldom available/functional, and communication from management is beyond abysmal. Management is dodgy, lazy, and reluctant to effect action.
We pay for amenities but don't get to use them
The foundry has a great location and helpful staff but for the amount we pay, the amenities do not add up for the rent we pay. In Foundry North the only thing we have is a raddy gym. We can't use the top floor even though we pay for it and Trash Chute doors are closed if we forget to put out our trash in time.
