Great place to live near Notre Dame

The Foundry has been an excellent place to live during my time at Notre Dame. The location is great on Eddy Street--close to campus and Trader Joes. The amenities are unbeatable--the gym, pool, and study spaces are the best near campus. Highly recommend the Foundry!

Trash sometimes doesn't get collected and I wish there was an accessible trash can firepits and saunas sometimes work sometimes they dont

Moved in January 2023 and since then to now, the resident above has been stopping around constantly, with a lack of consideration of residents below. I have officially complained to the front office on 3-4 occasions and still waiting a solution to my distressing situation.
