Beautiful apartments but lacking in amenities and the landscaping is pretty much non existent. The neighbors are the noisiest Ive ever had. The staff are very nice to deal with.

Way overpriced for Plymouth IN. I have lived here for over two years with the same construction stickers on my windows since I moved in. Overhead garage door is always broken, and we pay for two spaces on top of rent. Landscaping is a consistent mess with weeds and dog poo. Since there was a change in cleaning crews, it has been disgusting. (The couple who used to clean live here and it was great) The gas grills are not usable because they are constantly left with old food inside of them. The exit sign in our hallway has been hanging by wires for two months. Refrigerators freeze everything no matter what setting you have it on. Gym equipment is always missing. Why do we stay? Because we spend most of our time travelling for work and moving is just as much of a pain as smelling the inside of these elevators. The smell of wet dog is the "smell of the day" every day. Did I mention the price of rent is astronomical? Ridiculous.
