Exceptional living

Definitely getting your money's worth living here. I've had to contact maintenance a few times and they are here asap, every time! Surrounded by wonderful, friendly neighbors. It's also very nice living so close to grocery stores.

Review

Costing of living for carrington is too expensive for the quality of the apartment. Items such as towel racks, toilet paper holders, kitchen drawer tracks, door knobs, plumbing and air conditioning are not reliable and break or stop working often. The apartment is of poor quality when it comes to the appearance and overall aesthetic of the space. There were paint splatters on the walls upon move in, we have no screens in either bedroom (2 bedrooms) and the breezeway outside of the front door is constantly filthy. It is very difficult to contact managment via phone. There are regularly cars being sold or just abandoned in the parking lot which takes up space for residents. The apartment is quite spacious, however, the overwhelming number of inconveniences and seemingly lack of care for the property itself does not compensate for that.

quiet living

its quiet & everyone keeps to themselves. its kind of tucked back but still super close to stores, gas stations, jeff high, etc. great location, roomy apartments, big balconies, decent storage space. washer dryer connections are a must, so this is akso very convenient.
