Pets Welcome! We are pet-friendly and have no weight limit! Two pets maximum per apartment. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. There is a $25 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply. We do not accept aggressive dog breeds.

Not what I expected at all . Finishing my lease and moving

Terrible

The maintenance is terrible. They do not fix problems and put completed on their system. The owners do not care about improving the apartments. There is dog and other animal litter everywhere. The estate is not clean and not well lit. The staff at the estate office give you outlandish reasons why they cannot fix issues. All the Apartment cares about is that you pay rent.
