Need Updates Appliances for the Price

This will be my 2nd year living at Runaway Bay. I honestly love the office staff and maintenance team. They’re quick to resolve any questions or issues I may have. My only issue with the owners (per say) is that the appliances in the units are not updated. No one in this complex pay less then $1K/month so I’m not sure why the units don’t have black appliances at least.

Awesome Apartment and Management

I relocated from Wisconsin. Summer and Keith were incredible with info and support during my application, move in and after move in questions. The apartment is incredible and know that Runaway Bay has made my relocation the easiest transition that I could ever have expected. The amenities are clean and always in perfect condition. Even with Covid, the gym is up and running by appointment. If you are considering a move to Runaway Bay -- Dont look any further! Call Summer and Keith right away!
